Please read this entire the page to complete your online registration process. Please register early to ensure your application is considered for registration. Deadline for completion is August 23, 2010. Incomplete applications may result in a delay in registration. All registrations will be confirmed.

Training dates:
               Module II & III: Sept 13 – 17 2010
            Please note: Supervisory Module I must be completed
            before registering for Module II & III.
Training location:
               To be determined by Participant Numbers by Agencies
Training times:
               8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
